I visited with my 8 year old son and realized the clinic was at full capacity at 11am. The nurse was so nice and advised me of another location to try, I explained this was my 3rd location. She was SO kind and asked the doctor if he could squeeze my son in. The doctor said yes. She also said I didn't have to wait in the clinic and to come back for 230. They also called to let me know the doctor was ready to see him. The office is also very clean and organized, quick, efficient, empathetic. As a mom I am so thankful they actually cared about my child. He ended up having strep and I'm so glad they saw him. Thank you guys so much .

Reception staff & nurses are all nice helpful! When I came in my wait time wasnt terrible only 45 minutes. Where my one star comes from is my doctor experience. I went to the clinic because I have had a sore throat, difficulty breathing & bad cough for 3 weeks straight. I saw Doctor Emsalem Abdurahman Mohammed. He asked me what my symptoms were, but cut me off multiple times and told me to sit down. He didnt really listen to what I had to say since I Was trying to explain what was wrong with me. He looked down my throat and didnt listen for my breathing or lungs he just gave me some antibiotics and said it was just allergies.. and wrote a script and left. No do you have any questions or anything like that. No instructions on how to take the medication ex. With food or no instructions on what other medications are harmful to take with the antibiotics. I had to call a pharmacist at Bridgeport at shoppers who told me everything and listened to what I had to say. She was incredibly helpful! I am now back at a different clinic on Victoria because my breathing is still bad and I still cant breathe at all. I hope some people will consider this doctor. He obviously doesnt care about his patients and clearly only here for a pay check. Its dangerous to not take others health seriously and I feel bad for any other patients who have been treated the same way.

One of the worse doctors i have ever seen, very arrogant and impatient. Expecting kids to behave like grown ups no sense of humour at all. First had to wait almost an hour even though there were no patients waiting before me and then face a bad attitude from the doctor where instead of trying to calm down the child who was scared he was showing a very bad attitude. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL.
