        The employees are wonderful My point is about the overall policies regarding mortgage renewal. After being a long time mortgage holder the cibc policies did not allow me to lock in my rate prior to the mortgage maturing. Which was in a couple of months. I shopped around was able to lock in at a very favourable rate. Cibc out of every obstacle to make the transition of the mortgage as difficult as possible as well as delay it as much as possible. Luckily my new lender was very understanding and patient. They mentioned that they see this with many clients of CIBC. MY ADVICE IF YOUARE SHOPPING FOR A MORTGAGE RUNAWAY FROM CIBC AS FAST AS TOU CAN
