The worst place I've ever been my entire life!!!!!!!!!! Today they accused me of stealing and then they were ashamed after checking my receipt!!! I hope you get rid of those old women from your store for the sake of others!! As for me I am so done and never going back!. Never!!!!!! I am never stepping my foot in Walmart ever again.

Whats the point of Walmart anymore? Bad customer service, never answers their phones, bad selection of products, even their prices are equal or higher than any competitor. Terrible company from top to bottom.

Ive heard a lot of stories recently about the secret shopper who works for loss prevention, a girl with a face mask and glasses for harassing shoppers. My own personal experience where she followed me even after i called her out (because it was obvious she was following me) , showed her what i had yet she continued to follow me and record me for the entire time i was there, and kept harassing me saying i had to check out immediately. I did not have a large bag or a jacket, or had any intention of shoplifting. She also wanted to search my phone because she thought i took a photo of her and its illegal to record in the store. This is ridiculous, she is making many people including myself extremely uncomfortable. Ive heard several other stories circulating about her. She is not good at her job, thats for sure!!!!!!!!
