        Well these guys seem to have a higher opinion of their quality and ability than I do. They advertise their Slow Close Toilet seat as being "high quality". They actually advertise on their website "Centoco is the last toilet seat you'll ever buy". Maybe if you're 98 years old. When I contacted them to inform them that 2 of the 3 seats we had purchased lasted 18 months and had failed the response was " we guarantee our products for 1 year". Well given the life of the average toilet is much longer than 1 year, there are only 2 people in the home and the usage could only be determined as very light and that I have had a home for 40 years and never had even one toilet seat fail I would say do not buy these as they are extremely low quality. Certainly under no circumstances buy from people who do not stand behind their products like Centoco. There are just way too many products in the marketplace from reputable vendors so my advice is stay a thousand miles away from Centoco and their junk products.
