Shoppers Drug Mart

Tonight while standing in line, there was a rude customer moe was dealing with. moe handled the situation well and doesnt deserve to be spoken to like that by a customer. Just wanted this to be noticed as its not appropriate to ever speak to a retail workers like this. Good job Moe

Was there last Friday afternoon at 2:40pm, NINE people behind the pharmacy counter, three of us in line standing around waiting for no reason, IMO just totally unacceptable. The front cashier was more than helpful, but only one of her, SIX people in line, no assistance for her. When you call for ANYTHING, the phone cycles through three or four times before somebody picks it up. This is horrible customer service, and judging by a lot of reviews here and other stores, it seems to be endemic.....same ownership, or just the LOW level of customer service and care we have to accept? UPDATE 2023-05-21 Sorry but IMO your "we'll fix it" response was just boiler plate - meaning you won't change a thing!!!

My experience with this pharmacy has been poor on multiple occasions. You'd think that when HOPSICE sends out a prescription they would be more aware. I attended the pharmacy to pick up a script 3.5 hours after it had been called in. It was not ready. They were still working on it, 28 pills, one prescription. The poor clerk was running around trying to service everyone in line; at least a half dozen people. Everyone else spent time staring at their computer screens. I get that pharmacies are busy, we all are, but the level of customer service here is awful.

What I like the store is convenient to me. It is because many different kind of products, pharmacy and post office are there. A good thing about there are open until to midnight. Something I love the beauty counter, the Beauty Consultant was very nice and professional, she gave me a lot of advice for my skin. And then I like earn points when i spent in every time, after I can use the points to buy anythings. On the downside, the store is not organize, sometimes i find a product difficult.
