Loblaw Pharmacy

Very rude and disrespectful, working in a pharmacy meant to care for patients but the exact opposite. Taking time with filling meds making you wait days.

Left on hold for 30 minutes! Had to call back then Got my answer my prescription a didnt have a refill V there was no outstanding prescriptions to pick up that phone call only took a minute and 25 seconds and she wasnt apologetic that she had to put me on hold for 30 minutes. Very upsetting Learn some Hospitality.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. It is convenient as it is located within my go to grocery store. The pharmacists have gone out of their way to help me and my family with not only our prescriptions, but with follow ups, communication and even calling in renewals with our Doctors. Honestly, they're the best!

Disorganised to the point of endangering health. My wife went without nitroglycerin 4 days. The automated text reminders either dont work or remind you 3 times for a script that you already have. We take over $1000 A MONTH in perscriptions yet they won't deliver something because we have to pay $10. So this morning - no pills to take so I'll get dressed and go pick them up. Hopefully they are ready and there. Actively looking for another pharmacy, South Windsor (or online?)
