Came back to our room late at night only to find our keys didnt work. No one is on site after 11 pm to help. Had to find another place to stay and come back for our stuff the next morning. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 More

This is where Norman Bates stays when he is in Vaughan. The parking lot looks like it was bombed and they never repaired it. It is very dark and feels unsafe. The room smells like old cigarettes. The lamp was broken. No heat. No soap in room. No hot water. The heater and bathroom fan were covered in dirt and dust. The room doesn't even have a phone in the room to call the front desk if you need to. They didn't provide the wifi password and didn't return my phone calls. The bathroom window of this ground floor room was left open and could not be locked, it is unsafe. This hotel need serious upgrades and cleaning. Good location for traveling though.
