        An excellent brokerage with a rock solid broker of record (Mike Squad). Very vibrant, energetic, professional, tech savvy and supportive staff. Office is at super convenient location right off Hwy 400. Easily accessible regardless of where in the GTA you are coming from. (This will eventually become the new heart of the GTA..personal opinion) If you are looking to plant your roots in your real estate career, you have come across AAA soil.

        This brokerage deserves 0 stars for putting a certain home up for sale in King City. If this is the quality they choose to list and masterfully hide every issue wrong with that house you shouldn't accept them to do your real estate dealings. Wrong description, home half painted, trim pieces missing, different flooring on the main floor (all hidden in pictures). What an absolute waste of time. Not to mention dirty floor to ceiling.

        Luigi Dedomincis was extremely rude and hung up for no reason. Maybe he was having a bad day? I would avoid working with this group if this is the staff they hire. Yikes!
