He was able to get us a nice house in a good price. House purchasing would have been stressful, but Gurmeet's hard work made it easier for me. Team G makes the real estate transaction both simple and exciting. This is a very unique experience he provides and in my case specifically, I was selling a property. His honesty in recommending strategies for selling was refreshing and eye-opening which led to an extremely quick successful transaction. The best part of this transaction was his honesty and expertise with PROPER competitive rates. Gurmeet knows his stuff and regardless if you're purchasing or selling... He's a wealth of information. You need to take advantage of this if you're in the market. I highly recommend you at least meet him in person or chat over the phone before finalizing any paperwork with other real estate agents/salespeople. You have nothing to lose but a couple of minutes versus thousands of dollars potentially. Gurmeet simplified my experience by truly understanding realistic needs vs unrealistic expectations. I can wholeheartedly say that the experience that I've had with Royal LePage has been nothing short of problematic and stressful. I will never consider them in the future for that very reason. They are driven by poor internal culture which is primarily driven by greed and quick turnover ($$$$). Glad to see Gurmeet as part of the ReMax team. ReMax should be proud! We did a purchase and sale with Team G in December 2019. Talk about GREAT Customer Service!!! From start to finish Gurmeet was always available day and night to answer questions. He responds promptly to phone calls and text messages, even when on vacation! If you need to see him, he makes sure to find the time to come to you. Our townhouse was sold within a day over asking and within one showing we found our dream home. After the purchase we found issues with the home and they addressed them all. They build relationship and are not about the money. They do not leave you on your own after your purchase or sale is done. They keep in touch to make sure you are happy and that all things within reason are taken care of and that you are happy. I highly recommend this team.
