Maria is the best realtor a new comer can ask for in Toronto. She is extremely helpful, transparent, reliable and hardworking. Her attention to detail, promptness and unbiased info about the neighbourhood will make your search perfect. She did understand our requirements perfectly from the very first viewing and always went an extra mile to secure a place for us. The giant/painful task of finding out first home in Toronto became so much fun and easy with her. We are so happy and fortunate to have her as our realtor. She is not just our realtor anymore but also a friend in the city.

Maria is absolutely amazing and I really appreciate her service to help me finding the rented apartment. Initially when we visited few homes, I had to travel India immediately due to urgent family matters. From India also I was in touch with Maria and she completely understand our requirements and we did virtual tours of few home. In our absence, on our behalf she thoroughly checked the apartment and got fixed few things from owner. Not just this she helped us in setting up our home and helped my wife and kids to settle down. She was always available for our any query. Thank you Maria, It was only because of you we were able to shift to our new home. I will recommend her and only her to anyone everyone if they are looking for a new home in Toronto.
