Joe and Phil were very professional and knowledgeable when it came time to sell my house. They priced the house correctly, in order to get the maximum interest, and we were able to get a price, well over asking. As a bonus, when we purchased, they were able to negotiate a price below asking, in a market where that is very difficult to do. Thanks again for your help and being there when we needed you.
