Jon definitely goes above and beyond as he is always available (texts, emails, calls) when it comes to dealing with clients. In addition to providing round the clock service, he puts in a lot of his own time/goes out of his way to accommodate his clienteles schedule to do viewings etc. Dedicated is definitely the word I would use to describe his work ethic.
