Tony was amazing. I had tried to find a tenant for my basement apartment on my own previously with terrible results. I reached out to Tony and from start to finish it was stress free, professional experience. Tony did the vetting, checked references, credit scores, employment etc. Tony was great at communicating information regarding potential tenants, was always punctual for appointments and provided all the documents to make the decision on who to rent to much easier. Tony was very supportive during the entire process . He was professional and I knew he had our best interest . I trusted him completely. My partner and I had a great experience working with Tony. After we met him at an open house that he was hosting for one of his clients, Tony initially began helping us look for a condo in Toronto. There are thousands of agents in the GTA alone. But if you are looking for one who "does more" and places your needs as first priority, is extremely responsive and has extensive knowledge Tony Fabiano is all this and more. We just sold and purchased a home, as at times things could get hectic. We had a conditional offer on a home and had 48 hours to firm up and sell our home or risk loosing our perfect home. Tony had a calm mindset, kept my anxiety low through the process and gave me the confidence he would get the job done....and he did! We firmed up in less than 48 hours sold and secured the purchase. We could have not done this if it wasnt for Tony. He will strive for his clients in every way possible, is genuine and truthful and for all he has done for my family and I we will always be grateful to him. Tony helped me and my fianc purchase our first home in February of 2022, and we couldn't be happier. When we first met, we explained that we wanted someone who would be honest and upfront about our budget, and what the reality would be. Tony was upfront, and gave us a lot of guidance through the process. We found the perfect townhouse, for the perfect price, with no pressure or issues.
