My words will not be enough for the hard work and dedication of Tej and Usha. We worked with Tej back in 2017 to secure our first home in Canada. The experience was amazing, he guided us through the whole process and help us choose our first home so accurately. With my grown family I wanted to move and upgrade the house and we decided to work with Tej again. Our expectations were grown and the checklist was as well. Tej and Usha walked me and my family through the whole process of selling the existing one and finding the new right home. They understand our emotions because we were not looking to buy a property but we were searching for a house. A place where I and my family feel safe and build memories. Today our house got sold! We are very happy and gratify with the service of Mr. Jigar Patel & Mr. Tushar Shah. It felt to be impossible and miserable when we took first step in selling home in this tough and competitive market. We also came across many challenges in selecting the agent, as there are lots of house-broker in current market but not all have potential to take initiative of providing confidence and support. Finally, we met Mr.Jigar Patel from Royal Lepage through a good friend reference, and believe me it was our best decision of my life. He was very kind, self-assured with his work.
