Does Andrew really deserve an AVERAGE of 5.0 stars?! Yes! Andrew is a consummate professional and is very dedicated to his clients. My wife and I had several realtors over the years and they weren't bad, but they were definitely not as good as Andrew. We found Andrew's ad in the mail. After seeing his high reviews, we decided to take a shot.. In our first meeting with Andrew, he amazed me with his preparation and his up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. He gave us good material that showed us comparable properties to our former home. Andrew took the time to explain the differences in detail between our home and the others in the area. There were some homes that we thought were the same as ours, but he explained the subtle differences and why there was a difference in price. Throughout the whole selling and buying process, he made sure we were well guided. He encouraged us to ask questions and he was prepared to respond quickly. We were not pressured at all to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Of course, the most important part - we sold over asking and bought under asking! Andrew P is professional, prepared, punctual, and perfect! You will not regret having him as a realtor. You can definitely trust a guy named Andrew ;)

We were referred to Andrew by friends of ours, and we are so very grateful for having the opportunity to meet and work with such an amazing agent and individual. He is a very knowledgeable, patient, honest and absolutely the best agent around! He was always accommodating to meet our Familys schedule when we were seeking our new home. Calm cool and dedicated. While selling my home successfully in a record-breaking period of time,... I quickly learned that this young man's cage simply could not be rattled. Keeping it short and without going into great detail...regardless of circumstance,..and there were a few unpleasant scenarios...his attitude and demeanour did not change. Impressively focussed. His website says Open 24 hours. He prooved that to me..time and time again.. It could be 11 p.m. or 3 a.m. he answers his phone. If he does not, it is only because he was speaking to his mother and always responded within 15 minutes. I'm not going to wish him success. I know that's where he's headed anyway. My friend and realtor for life. As requested, I still... to this day receive 2 emails with suitable real estate. Never any bothersome phone calls, uncomfortable drop ins...and no cardboard flyers stuck to my door. However, I am contacted by Andrew once per year and in the most wonderful and unselfish manner. I'm not going to tell you how.... But, I can honestly say that there is not a person alive who would have a problem with it. Thank you, Mr. Presta
