Al was a huge help in selling our home. He went the extra mile in helping us make sure the home was in good shape to list, from finding us a roof contractor, professional deep cleaner and stager. He set a high standard prior to listing our home by making sure all media was completed and live and helping us get a preemptive home inspection which we were able to provide to prospective buyers. Throughout the selling process, he checked in with us very frequently and was able to provide professional advice. The GTA market has had a rough time in 2022 and he was able to sell our home and we were glad to have him on our side. Highly recommend Big AL. Thanks! Vic and Laura

Al was my real estate agent and as a first time homebuyer I found it to be a difficult decision to make. My husband and I decided to interview potential real estate agents and chose Al not only because of his experience but his approach when working with people. Al was a pleasure to work with. We purchased our home and investment property through him and I highly recommend him. He has a wealth of knowledge and shared helpful information and kept us informed throughout the process. He took the time to understand both my preferences and my husband's (sometimes different :)) and nailed it with the properties he would show us. I admire his professionalism and his timeliness! He quickly got us set up on his site so we could browse listings ourselves while suggesting great options at the same time, and made himself available whenever we needed.
