I was determined to use a local agent because everyone said that I should. I was referred to Brian and I called him as he was highly recommended. Within minutes I felt that Brian was not only professional, but tactful and knowledgeable agent. He had no objections to me interviewing other agents, and was nothing but courteous and confident. When I interviewed him I knew rather certainly that I was going to list my house with him. He explained everything very carefully, and I was impressed by his ability to listen and plan his actions that best suited what I wanted. In the end, I'm glad I listened to his advice as I ended up selling my house very fast, with multiple offers and above asking. I truly received about $25,0000.00 more than what I thought I would get.
