After more than 2 years of delays due to covid, Debbie Bates from the Woodbridge office, made our family of 10 cruise vacation a reality. From day one she was professional, dedicated and very thorough. She always stayed on top of things and was always available even when she was out of the office. She provided good advice and options. Debbie provided excellent customer service in booking everything from the cruise, to hotel, transportation and insurance. Everyone had a fantastic and memorable vacation.

I found Phuong at Expedia cruises, 200 Whitmore Rd, online. She was fantastic, always pleasant and I would highly recommend her for your travel needs. A little background, I looked up a lot of the trip online myself, but was a bit frazzled with all the info so I wanted to meet with someone personally. Phuong agreed to stay late to meet with me. In the end, I had to cancel the meeting because I was double booked. I did however speak with Phuong on the phone about the trip I wanted to take with my family (Edmonton, Banff, Calgary), gave her a number of flight and hotel options to look into and waited for her to get back to me. To my surprise, she got back to me that same evening with detailed options and suggestions for the flights, hotels, that I requested and other options that I might be interested in, including tours and attractions I might want to consider.I also believe she provided the best price options. She was very knowledgeable about the trip we were booking, flights and Covid requirements. She accommodated all our changes without issue and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything organized for the trip in one email so that we had everything we needed at our fingertips while we were away.
