        I received 12 roses yesterday that were already fully bloomed and today have started to lose petals. When I called to complain I was simply told noted. The lack of customer service I received is inexcusable especially for how expensive this boutique was. I would not recommend buying flowers from this florist.

        Ordered flowers a month ago and delivery not done today. I called and the lady said it should be delivered between 2 pm-5 pm. I waited 3 hours and no show with buzzer or call. Sad it charged me 20$ for delivery and still no response yet.
