Amazing experience. Sent flowers to an older lady at the nearby seniors residence. They went the extra mile to contact the superintendent and make sure she received her flowers. Lovely bouquet at reasonable price. Texted me a picture prior to delivery. Wonderful small business. Please support.

Horrible customer service. Low quality plant. Tried to support local business and bought 2 lemon cypress plants. One of which didnt look very healthy but i thought maybe it needs some water to recover due to lack of care at the shop. 2 weeks later that weaker plant became dried up but the remaining plant is completely heathy. I treated the 2 plants exactly same way. Water and sunlight. I am an experienced plant lover. So i brought them both out to the store to explain and ask question. Instead of trying to help. The owner denied it was the plant issue and blamed me for leaving the plant outside in the cold. But in fact i live in a condo and grow the 2 plants with all my other plants. They cost $10 and i dont expect a refund but her denial and blaming attitude is totally unacceptable. Im sure if its at Canadian Tire or Home Depot they would have gladly refund me without shaming me. Pls do not support this business. They should understand value of customer service.
