Find a better bank you can thank me later with this many bad reviews you would think they would try to better but I guess not. Maybe they need new management

Too bad. Staff in charge of my account left and passed me to others. Email them for a question but never respond. Call Center and provided a number saying that is manager on Charlottetown. Called and find that is branch number. Waiting for half an hour still no respond.

Scotiabank in general is just terrible. Lousy service, scamlike contracts. Cowardly too when you try to find out any info on the contract of a deceased person, they're quick to give the runaround and act like they're totally innocent in scamming people out of their money. Stay far away, plenty of other banks to deal with. I hope you go out of business

I wish I could give them zero stars. The worst Scotiabank , I booked an appointment a week ahead and by the time I got they already put someone on my time slot!! No respect and customer service.

Too bad I had to give it one star. I waited in line for 30 mins with 3 people a head of me. I have a Bank of America card, which is an afflicate of Scotia Bank. Since I don't have an account, they wouldn't change American to Canadian money with more than $500.00. I said that I had an account with an afflicate but they said no. I said can I get back in line and get the rest and they said no. Really stupid. Stay away.
