        Best costumer service, best products! They were a huge help for my small business. Get their business account! There isn't one better. I researched TD and Scotiabank. RBC's business account cost-benefit ratio is undeniably the best. And they don't keep you in hold for 1 hour on the phone. Excellent caring team of people.

        I don't have an issue with staff per say but am frustrated that you can't call the branch (here or on Queen St) directly. The local number is just forwarded to the toll free number - if I wanted that, I'd call it! It's frustrating and lazy - poor customer service.

        Great place had a great guy give me the exact paper work I requested - when I didnt know myself exactly what I needed and more. Thats some quality service.
