OK Tire

It was less than 24 hours before I was going to head out on a road trip when I managed to pick up two nails in a tire. I called at three shops and they were all backed up and unable to help. Called at OK Tire, Spring Lane, and although they too were extremely busy, they managed to work me in and fix my tire for me. I am eternally grateful for the emergency assistance rendered and I'll always remember how you found a way to work me in to your incredibly busy schedule. Got a flat while out of town. Apparently I have a special size They took time out of their busy day and called EVERYWHERE to help find me a tire. Finally found one , drove me over to pick it up and installed it right away! Went above and beyond! Great customer service! Bravo! Service: Tires

These guys really came through for me in a bind after I had called several other shops and they said they could not accommodate me. It's a busy time of year for tire shops so they just as easily could have turned me away but they went above and beyond. I am very grateful. Services: Tires, Auto maintenance
