I placed an online order 2.5 weeks ago, assured by the manager it takes 3-8 business days to arrive. It has now been 11. I have received 3 notifications that it's ready for pickup (2 emails and a text) and have called/shown up at the store multiple times to nothing. After getting the runaround and no straight answer from anyone via email customer service, I spoke with someone on the phone today who actually said "sorry everyone is new here we don't know where things are" I understand that companies have different structures (online vs. in store) - but if you can ship to store, you should be able to fulfill a refund from the store level. I finally had to call consumer relations who was able to issue a refund immediately. Something that instore/online customer service was not able to do after multiple separate requests. If you're under any sort of time crunch, and don't want reliable tracking/shipping and uninformed staff - this is the place to go. Otherwise, avoid.

Love this store!! Excellent, friendly, helpful (but not pushy staff) CANT beat the regular prices.....so the sales!! Unbelievable!!! Great selection and quality clothing......FOR BOYS AS WELL!!!
