Would give it 0 stars if I could 2 days now the lights are on and the young girl was hiding ducked behind the desk, I know because this time I opened the unlocked door, there was product in the hall way. The girl working wouldn't answer the phone not even for head office when I called them to complain. Will not be spending my hard earned money there

Unbelievable horrible experience, worker hiding behind counter merchandise in the hallway for anyone to take. The door was closed but wasnt locked, anyone could have walked in and taken anything. The store had product and pieces of shelf all over the floor what a mess! When we told the worker our appointment time after opening the door and yelling for someone she seemed to have no clue what was going on! When we asked if she had ever done an ear piercing before she hesitated for 5 minutes and then stuttered while saying uhhh yea while rolling her eyes! I will be taking my business elsewhere and will NOT trust them to put any holes in my body.
