        My past five visits the employees ignored me and based on other reviews that is the same for them. Most items did not have visible price tags or price tags at all. I bought a bag and it had multiple price tags on it but they refused to honour the lowest price. I will be returning it soon. Unpleasant experiences and will only be going in one more time to retire the bag and never go back. One star is too much.

        Was shopping for luggage..every item..sale and others..overpriced and limited selection. I used to enjoy shopping at Bentley prior to Covid, but even then prices were getting out of reach. Maybe this is why there have been so many outlets being closed?

        One star for any store that an employee fails to even acknowledge customers. Myself and one other customer and the employee couldn't be bothered to even cast a gaze in either of our directions. Subpar is an understatement.
