Worst experience ever! I had airpods that were under recall since it had static and cracking noise coming in on one of the headphones. It was clearly mentioned on the website that it needs to be replaced by Apple for free. One associate and his supervisor did everything in their power to prove that it is not covered under warranty. At last they came to the conclusion that I missed the warranty by 13 days and they refused to honour the discount. What kind of store would just refused to fix something if it only exceeded 13 days. I had issues in the past and apple downtown store has always been more supportive in these matters. Never never go to this Apple store for any kind of repairs. They will just try to take out money from you for things that are under warranty and they will try to find loop holes here and there. Zero customer satisfaction and zero helpfulness
