Great place to live, staff is always smiling and able to help out in any way to fix anything that needs repair. the office staff are friendly and will answer any questions a tenant would have.

COCKROACH INFESTED DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! They will say its not an issue but IT IS!!!! Everyone that moves in has the cockroaches!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DONT MOVE IN!!!

I lived there for 2 years, and Vivian, the building manager, was great....she is very helpful and straight and does her job to the best of her abilities. It is joy to have her around in the building and deal with her about issues which she resolved promptly.

Quand je suis arrive au Salaberry, lappartement avait t compltement nettoy et repeint par les techniciens de limmeuble - quel soulagement! Mme si tout nest pas parfait, mes demandes dentretien ou de rparation ont toujours t rpondues rapidement. Cest un immeuble o je me sens bien et en scurit et cest le plus important.
