Been here for eleven years and I have been satisfied with the excellent service and the price is quite reasonable, I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a clean and quiet atmosphere.

I have recently moved here, and the apartment is great !! the location is nearby to many stores. The unit layout + size is spacious, very peaceful too. Close to Gatineau park. Special "THANKS" to the resident manager, Rudy !! He has been of great help from the start. Always with a smiling & cheerful attitude. Would definitely recommend the apartment for anyone moving around Plateau area.

It is a very calm, secure and neat place. The maintenance is quick and all services are answered as needed. The location is very convenient as it is close to shops, pharmacies and also to park. The neighbors are very kind and cooperative. the assistant manager 'Rudy' always does his tasks, he is reliable and always ready to help.

I have been living here since October 2021 and I have been very happy. The building is clean and very well maintained. Rudy has been especially helpful and is very quick to respond to any request. My daughter was baking for a sale and our oven stopped. She called Ruby in panic and he came right away and repaired it for us so we really appreciated that. When we moved in he made sure the apartment was ready and I appreciated also when he brings me up documents to be signed when I wasnt able to go to the office. The area is also very nice and the yard is well maintained.
