They never responded, after leaving many messages, nobody ever returned my calls... WORST after-sale service ever...!!!

Finding it all weird because I've been waiting for 6 weeks now, I decide to contact another supplier. He doesn't sell Lennox but decides to help me. In the space of 2 weeks, my air conditioning was installed in our home and in addition, the other supplier honored the Outaouais refrigeration guarantee, which was not obligated to do. Conclusion, I call refrigeration and ask for a follow-up on my file. What was my reaction when he told me that my file is still pending at Lennox. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de donner des avis sur internet et encore moins dire des choses ngatives sur une entreprise mais cette fois, l'exprience aprs vente est tout simplement mauvaise. Cela fait 2 mois que j'attends afin qu'ils honores la garantie (ils m'ont confirm qu'il le ferai) et toujours en attente. Le propritaire est venu sur place pour constater la machine dfectueuse. Aucun sourire, il enlve son masque en priode de COVID et repart sans nous informer de quoi que se soit. J'essaie de les appeler dans les deux semaines qui suivent, toujours sans nouvelle car la rceptionniste est trop occup. Je me suis donc dplac sur place et la rceptionniste ne fait que jaser l'extrieure pendant 30 minutes au tlphone sur des sujets de sa vie personnel. (J'attends pour rien ct). Finalement, elle me dit que mon dossier est en attente chez Lennox (Fournisseur de mon air climatis) tout en tant super bte. Trouvant le tout bizarre car cela fait maintenant 6 semaines que j'attends, je dcide de contacter un autre fournisseur. Il ne vends pas de Lennox mais dcide de m'aider. En l'espace de 2 semaines, mon air climatis est install chez nous et en plus, l'autre fournisseur a honor la garantie de rfrigration Outaouais ce qui n'tait pas oblig de faire. Conclusion, j'appel rfrigration et demande un suivis de mon dossier. Quel a t ma raction lorsqu'il me dise que mon dossier est toujours en attente chez Lennox. J'ai tout simplement rpondu : ferm mon dossier, en deux semaines un autre fournisseur a tout rgl pour vous. Bref, ils se foutent du service aprs vente, ne font pas de suivis auprs de leur client et sont tout simplement des menteurs. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce fournisseur personne. Dsol.
