    If I had the ability to give Zero stars I would, absolute worst service Ive ever had , first off they sold me decaf coffee pods and told me they were not decaf, when I found out they were they refused to refund me even after I explained to them multiple times what happened, I asked to speak to a manager so he called him but he didnt want to speak to me and the response I got was "its his day off and he doesnt want to talk to anyone". Ridiculous!! Then I explained to the employee that Ive been a customer there for over 7years and that he just lost a good customer, hes responded by saying theres thousands of people out there ,last time they get my business

Je l'avais retourn au magasin pour rparation moins d'un mois aprs l'avoir achet d au mme bris de fonctionnement , mais le problme est revenu. Donc nous voici environs 1 mois plus tard; en entrant dans le magasin, je peux lire sur le visage de la jeune femme aux cheveux rouge qu'elle n'a aucun intrt envers sa clientle, aucun bonjour, aucun sourire, aucune faon, se tenant accot sur le comptoir les bras croiss. Je lui explique clairement la situation, ce qu'elle ne semble peine couter. Je lui dis que mon appareil a dj t rpar une fois ici-mme par le grant (trs arrogant aussi) et que j'aimerais maintenant un remboursement ou change. Elle me rpond de faon trs arrogante qu'ils ne peuvent me rembourser/changer parce que a fait plus qu'un mois que je l'ai. Je lui rpond que je l'avais ramen en dedans du premier mois, mais que a ne fonctionne toujours pas malgr la rparation qui avait t fait ici-mme en magasin. Elle me rpond: "a se peut pas, on ne fait pas de rparation en magasin", ce que je trouve drle parce que c'est exactement ce qu'ils ont fait.
