Our experience with customer support has been extremely disappointing. Despite having a brand new washer, we have had to endure lengthy wait times for repairs. In the past year, the repair team has visited our home 4 to 5 times, and yet our washer remains broken. We hope to see a more effective and timely solution from the customer support team soon.

He identified the faulty components very, very quicklyand had a repair plan planned out within minutes. The replacement parts are now on order!
