RBC Royal Bank

I had some difficulties with the mortgage customer service at this branch and I found that my concerns were not properly addressed. Despite attempting to escalate the issue to the supervisors and managers my experience was not satisfactory. I would recommend considering other banks if you require mortgage services.

Garbage service first wait in in the line for 25 min the and at the end she was trying to make some excuses we need this we need that she was hurry to go home very garbage service

Terrible exprience at this branch .. I was next in line after waiting 30 min due to the obvious inefficiencies! Tellers are wasting time chatting with people they know. And then the representative stopped me with her hand to take the customer after me in line (they obviously know each other). You would never expect service like this in Canada. This branch is ruining RBC reputation.

Im a client in this brunch since 7 years and I have to say the employees are very informative and always do everything to help either with business or personal. I only go when I have no choice of doing transactions with a teller, but when I do everything is done with a smile and a nice attitude. The long line ups should not be a subject for a rate, they have more people serving then any other banks around. *5
