This is one of the absolute worst establishments I've ever been to. Do yourself a favor and stay way. Complete unprofessionals who graduated at the bottom of their class and probably could not cut it elsewhere. I've never experienced such terrible service. They will take your money and do everything in their power not to let you manage it as you want. They will tell you it's under the guise of "security" and refuse any online transaction unless you physically go to the branch. This bank is stuck in 1980. They have a terrible turnover so from one week to the next you will deal with a different person. If you are unfortunate enough to get Cheick Keita or Dylan Guerin, ask for someone else as they have no idea what they are doing. It's managed by Mr. Ritchie Greenstein who has instilled a culture of laziness and ineptitude. They cost me close to 1000$ because they couldn't bother to do what a bank should - let me access my money. Again, I advise anyone to stay away and pull their money out before the same thing happens to you. Avoid Scotia like it's the plague, especially this branch.

Worst place ever I'm going to make a complaint on them , my dad has been a client there for 45 years , I always paid his things ever since he was sick,they gave me all kinds in problems today because I wanted to pay my dad's taxes! They even called the police!!! They are really dumb, never going there again .!! Great way to treat clients that have been there for 45 years!!! Learn how to train you're employees!!

I have been going to this bank for more than 30 years. For the most part it is a decent bank. I have never really had too many issues with the tellers but the advisors can be a toss up. Some advisors are amazing (Christina) and some are absolute garbage (Simona) so it really depends on who you get.
