        Quality has gone down in the last 2-3 months. Employees don't know much, pharmacists too busy to speak to clients. Telephone lines hard to get through.

        I got my first blood test done at this pharmacy -- the first of many in the future!! Amazing (and safe) service despite the pandemic. The visit took me 15 minutes total, instead of the usual hour and a half at the CHUM. Thanks to the staff! Cheers
