Every time I come the wait to get anything is way too long, sometimes it takes over 20 minutes even though I called in beforehand.

I took my first jab of Moderna covid19 dose at Walmart Kirkland pharmacy on 24th March 2021.The female nurse was very experienced and showed me the bottle of Moderna vaccine along with lot Number and expiry date and after my satisfaction she filled up the syringe in my presence and gave me the first shot. My appointment for 2nd shot of Moderna was at 8.10pm on Wednesday 9th June 2021. At the appointed time a male nurse called me in and instead of showing me the Moderna vaccine bottle he took out a syringe from the refrigerator. I explained to him that for my first Moderna jab the nurse showed me the bottle and filled up the syringe in my presence and why didn't he follow the same procedure and instead filled the syringe and kept it in the fridge. I was very upset and disgusted at his lack of professionalism. I was skeptical about the contents of the syringe and didn't know when was it filled. I told him to please take out a new bottle and fill the vaccine in the syringe in my presence to which he disagreed. I asked him why did he fill up the syringes in advance but he couldn't give me any reply as to why he did that. Unwillingly, I took the second Moderna jab not knowing what was in the syringe and when was it filled but for my safe side I requested him to write the lot Number and expiry date of the bottle from which he filled the syringe on the paper he was going to give me for the second Moderna jab which he did, albeit reluctantly. I'm totally disappointed with Walmart Kirkland pharmacy for not following the norms in such cases and would like to have their reply to my complaint. Also, I would like them to explain it to clicsante.ca if the nurse followed the protocol. I also request the general public to give their opinion on this matter. Hoping to get a quick response from Kirkland Walmart pharmacy and from clicsante. Thanks for your time. The owner of the Walmart pharmacy called me today. She said that she takes customers reviews very seriously. I'm totally satisfied with her assurance. Thanks a lot.
