Effective, experienced, pleasant and knowledgeable in her field, Tanya was a great help to find a home in the fluctuating covid market. She was also a pleasure to work with, with a great sense of humour and a bubbly can-do attitude that inspires confidence and a calming effect knowing you are in capable hands. Along with those personable qualities, she does not sugar coat or gloss over problems, and dedicates herself entirely to her clients using a personalized approach, which rapidly made her gain my trust and made her a trusted advisor as my realtor. I should mention that this was a military relocation. Realtors with experience working for military or RCMP relocations are hard to come by in Montreal, and Tanya was great for that. Highly recommend her for any type of property purchasing and/or selling!
