In summary, Excellent customer service and value! My central unit blower wheel broke during the worst winter day (-35 degC) and AIR TECH responded very fast and went to their warehouse to search for any part that could match my unit as it was Friday night and HVAC suppliers are close until Monday. They went twice to the warehouse and they finally find the hole unit and de-assemble it in order to give me the part I need. They installed it quickly and provided heat to my family of 2 adults 2 kids below 5 years. That day, I called over 10 companies and no one was as dedicated and willing to help me as AIR TECH.
