We came out of our way to purchase an open box appliance as it was the last one available. We asked if any additional discounts could be given, considering the condition of the unit, but that we were fairly certain we would buy regardless. We were told that no manager could be reached to approve this and that we would get a call back the next day. No call came, and we received a text two days later saying they sold the unit to someone else. Extremely disappointed; this is NOT how business should be done. Avoid this place at all costs, they dont care about the customer whatsoever.
