I purchased a 4-in-1 crib and purchased the conversion kit that was supposed to have all the necessary parts to convert the crib into the three other types of beds (toddler bed, day bed, and twin bed). The conversion kit did not come with the parts to turn the crib into a toddler bed. I have tried many attempts to get in touch with someone from the store and no one is getting back to me. The conversion kit is not on their website. The salesperson assured me the conversion kit came with everything we needed but it didnt. I am extremely disappointed and appalled at their lack of customer service.
