If you are planning on having a baby registry, DO NOT GO TO BABIESRUS. I made a mistake and thought that this store is reliable and decided to have a baby registry at BABIESRUS. I selected 75 items and sent the link to my guests. Please note that a lot of items cannot be bought online, you have to go to a store. Not a great experience when you have guests who live outside of Canada. One of the items on my registry which is a baby crib mentionned as bought. I was happy of course. After waiting for 2 months, I have not received babys crib. There is no customer service and when you call the store, they tell to go online and chat with a representative. I was told the item was bought online but no one can tell me where the item is and what is the status of its shipping. This is very frustrating experience for a mom to be. I will never recommend this store.

We visited babies r us on Sunday September 4th to open a registry. After speaking to an associate she opened up the account online and basically told us to use the price tag to add any items to our list.., as first time parents this was a daunting task as we didnt know where to start then we fell on Rachel. Not only was she EXTREMELY knowledgeable but this employee went above and beyond to help us with our choices she was incredible to say the least very patient, motivated and genuinely caring. Manager/ Director of the store I hope she gets the recognition she deserves definitely deserves more than just a raise . Thanks again Rachel!
