In all my years of working for various employers, i have never seen such disrespect and frankly, childishness on the part of an employer and the administrative staff towards their workers--the people on the ground who are doing the "dirty work" of cleaning, mopping vacuuming, etc.. The updates, newsletters--basically every communication coming from this head office--is consistently snarky, condescending and manipulative, and on occasion, dishonest. Sadly, the effect is that this company struggles to retain employees and provide a consistent service. If you are considering working for them, or soliciting their services, I strongly suggest you think again. This is not a company you want to be dealing with.
