Amendment: the owner got back to me and offered me a hour and a half of service free of charge. The two ladies that came back were able to clean very well two of my four bathrooms. They were very professional and made sure I was satisfied. A very different experience than last weeks. This was the worst cleaning experience Ive had in years we hired this company for a big clean up before moving in our house. After checking in, we realized they were not cleaning well at all (just few examples: fridge still full of crumbles and sticky spots, cupboards still dirty, wardrobe still full of hair and toilets still dirty). We told them and they tried to fix it but still didnt do a proper job. So after 3 hours and a half and 500$, we told them to stop. I sent an email to the company and still didnt hear back. Just hire some one else and dont loose your money.
