Today I visited Massimo Dutti carrefour Laval , I used to buy a lot from this store before . But unfortunately theyre no more service , when you ask a question to the saleswomen who was serving you feel like if you are bothering her and I was afraid to ask another question. So I was willing to buy some cloth , but I left without buying anything. I worked all my life in customer service , but unfortunately in this store customer service is a big Zero .
