Ordered flowers told me they are closing at 5pm, arrived at exactly 4:59 no one was inside and when I called know one answered..who closes a store and leaves immediately? This is not a store run by owners simply kids and employees who dont care about clients and customer service. Never going there again and certainly not recommending this flower store to anyone good riddance..

Very limited selection of flowers and plants and accessories. Service was Ok without any special customer service. Ive purchased a small bouquet here and it was very overpriced (3 white roses+some greens+1 yellow plan for approx 45$ - see the pictures). Also, they didnt have the tubes with water to keep the flowers fresh for a longer period of time. Staff didn't really provide any tips or advice on how to care for the flowers. It was a very cold customer service feeling. I personally don't recommend this place. One positive thing is that the quality was good but at this price you can find better anywhere. The store itself is very trendy and looks good but their products are far too overpriced and quality/price ratio is not good. You can find far better flower shops in Laval on St-Martin. On another hand, if you stop by this store, I would suggest you to go to the Bete a pain bakery store, this is a MUST try in Laval .
