Like some others here who have the same experience le creuset refuse to replace ours, even to me this is a quality issue. For an item so pricy and the quality is subpar it is not acceptable. Yet online there are still countless of great reviews article for this brand that allow them to keep exploiting consumer. I hope some of those influencer online can catch on and we can launch a collective law suite against it.
