Ordered inflatable astronaut online on May 21/21 and portal would not allow me to complete order online because it says my postal code does not match my credit card billing. Did not receive any confirmation but saw that my credit card was immediately charged for the amount that same day. Could not call them right away because it was after hours. Filled out a online form requesting them to reverse the charge on my credit card. Received a email reply on the May 25/21 saying that in order for me to order with them the postal code has to match the billing address which it does. I called the customer service # and the customer service rep (Valerie) that spoke to me was very rude and hung up on me. I called back to speak to a supervisor or manager she kept me on hold forever not having anyone to speak to. Very bad customer relations

Je ne veux pas de remboursement, je veux le produit et on ne trouve pas de solution leur erreur de gestion. Mauvais service clientle, mauvaise gestion des stocks.
