Ce nest pas la premire fois que je commande des bouquets de ballons au Party Expert Laval et je nai pas eu ce genre de problme, alors je trouve a plate quils mettent a sur la faute des clients quand les ballons sont trop gonfls ou mal gonfls pour ne pas les remplacer gratuitement (au moins remplacer 1 ballon latex gratuitement sur les 4 qui ont clat) Mme le gros chiffre 3 tait dgonfl en moins de 24h et ils ont honor le remplacement de celui l parce que le chiffre 4 tait intact. Alors certains ballons ntaient pas gonfls/attachs :(
