such an unpleasant experience I had. I would give zero stars if there was an option for that.

There was a lot of noise and dust during construction and they started at 7am Monday to Friday. Also, the property management office is a robber. After the end of the contract,(actually,because the noise, I have already half year didnt live there,but I still paid for the rent) they refuse to return the deposit for the key and garage card. They say that I can only refund the deposit if I find the next tenant. So if you're thinking of renting here, think twice before you do.

I had a great experience at the building regardless the ongoing renovations. Mrs France at the office and the janitors were available for us whenever we needed them. Great services, very clean.

Great building, clean and it is in a nice area. close to NDG, Cote Saint Luc and high way 20. Bus station just in the Front of the building. Madam France in the office is friendly, nice and helpful women. Thank for all employees in the building

If that was zero, i would give them the zero point, about 2 months ago i was looking for a new place and i went to 7400 sherbrook,they asked for 100$ to check my credit and i fill the application(please note that was not lease, just an application) i changed my mind and asked for refund- i was told since i do not want to continue the application, there is no refund. the women that i talked to her was France- today i received a called, that was a woman who knew my name and introduced herself as my landlord and she told me that you have a balance you need to pay the rent-i was really confused, i thaught she is my actual current landlord and after work i went to rental office to my building to see why someone called me- i was told it is not our number, when i checked the number in the Interent, thar was for 7400 sherbrook and i was shocked how dare them to call and say we are your land lord and you owe us.i did not sign a lease with 7400 sherbrook never and i was just once there to see an apartment.They are so unorgnized- it seems like fraud to me- i blocked their number- please please so carefule even for filling the application with them- they do not know how to do their job- i have really bad experience with them.it does not worth even to go and see their building.
