Stolen bike from a safe bicycle storage room -$700$, welcome to la cit. The rate of finding a stolen bike in Montreal is close to nothing. Prevention is the best approach, which is not in place here. I was never advised that stolen bikes from that room was a regular occasion, I would never leave my Specialized bicycle in there!

very nice experience with the city. In the heart of downtown Montreal. Apartment very clean and close to everything. you can even do your groceries without leaving the building. Nice atmosphere. Very welcoming staff and management. Especially the charming Hiba who was very caring. I thank her for all the help and support she has given me.

As an incoming student moving to Montreal soon, I stared to look for apartments online; after filling in the contact form, I was contacted by Samuel, who was very very helpful, warm-hearted and considerate! After asking my preference and approximate move-in date, he provided a few options for me and one of them was exactly what I was looking for! The whole process was very smooth and quick; the virtual visit was nice, and Samuel always responded to me immediately whenever I had questions or concerns. I am looking forward to moving in soon!

Thanks to Antoine, a very patient, professional and friendly agent. Although I have not yet lived in this apartment, I have felt his hospitality and so far I am very pleased with everything. They were willing to wait for my credit card, and I'll update this comment after I move in, if all goes as expected.

Jany was so helpful! Since I wished to move in early, she had to redo all the documents which is a lot of trouble in a short amount of time. But she did it!! Shes awesome!!
